Reading Incentives

All Rising 6th , 7th and 8th graders! Take 5 will return on May 12-16, 2025 ! This summer the Five Forks Media Center invites you to borrow up to five books of your choice. All students who participate in the Take 5 Books for Summer Reading Initiative will be invited to our Back- to-School Reading Celebration at the beginning of next school year. Students who participate will also be entered into a drawing to win prizes. The winners will be drawn during the reading celebration!

Eligibility Requirements:

Be a Rising 6th, 7th, or 8th grade student at Five Forks Middle School for the 2025-2026 school year

Have a clean library record as of May 12, 2025 (all materials returned, and all lost books paid for).

Submit a signed parent permission.
