What are the benefits?
- Fencing is a sport where all body types and abilities are welcome to join our community.
- You get a full body workout that improves your physical and mental aspects which are valuable life skills that can be applies to all areas of life - academics, college applications, work, etc.
- Fencing is fun it's like physical chess but with swords.
